Bharat has been a mentor and is also serving on Apex decision-making bodies across BNI Internationally which formulates a strategy for how to make networking more impactful in BNI and this exposure has helped study best practices of how to develop organizational culture and team management through breakthrough thinking processes.

Bharat was also awarded the BNI CEO Award in the year 2018 which is one of the highest coveted awards of the organization.
